Positive: This was probably the best service I have experienced in any hotel stay and the view and the location were amazing to top it off. Special thanks to House Manager Xiao Gu, Qin Qin, and Xiao Ying. They gave me dessert every day, checked up on me even gave a parting gift. Would definitely come again and stay here

Negative: Nothing honestly. I just need to like chinese to enjoy it better

Summary: Best Guilin Experience. Favourite new city for vacation and favorite hotel.
