Summary: I stayed here with my husband and 5 year old son. The location is good - walking distance of the beautiful waterfront and you can access public transport easily to visit other neighborhoods. The checkin process was not easy as you had to be buzzed in and if another resident hit their floor button before yours, you couldn’t access your floor. Since quite a few people were coming and going we had to be buzzed in multiple times before it worked. The unit itself was fine. I think the word “penthouse” is a bit misleading as it makes it sound exclusive to the top floor. It’s not, it’s just another unit on the top floor of the building. The listing says it’s a quiet unit and although we had no issues with noises from other residents we did have issues with emergency vehicles and sirens all night. It was over Canada Day so maybe it was the holiday craziness but it seemed like the road the building is on is a major thoroughfare for ambulances and police cars. The trundle bed in the closet was perfect for my son. Our bed, however, was just ok. The sheets were very pilled which made it feel like the sheets were old and heavily used.
