This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground level suite in a huge high-end house on Viewmont Ave is perfect for larger groups. There are local shopping centers and restaurants all within walking distance, and it's a twelve-minute drive to downtown Victoria on the main highway.
The space features a comfortable living room, a kitchen table, a private covered patio with a BBQ & outdoor seating. The kitchen is fully-stocked with dishes, pantry items, spices, coffee & machine, assorted teas, and any appliances you need - just let us know what items you want when booking. Please contact us with any questions.
There's also a beautiful spacious backyard, which is shared with upstairs tenants. There is also a laundry room included, also shared with upstairs tenants.
All of our properties are fully furnished and priced with all applicable cleaning fees, utilities, internet, and $3000 accidental damage insurance included in the price. You pay nothing else, just buy your basic foods and move right in! Plus, comfy slippers & luxury bath robes are included in your rental, so you will feel well-pampered when staying with us!
NOTE: The house also has another four-bedroom suite on the upper level that is available for rental on a separate agreement. The two units can be combined if you want to rent an entire 8-bedroom mansion.
