Positive: Concierge, can L take your bags sir, can I open the door sir, can I take you to reception sir, give me 1000 baht deposit in case you steal something sir. All I would say is the bed was comfortable.

Negative: I would consider this hotel as, fur coat and no knickers. Looks good on the outside, nothing special after reception. I didn't like having to pay a 1000 baht deposit in case I steal something from the room. The room I would consider equal to an ibis budget hotel. The shower wet room was tired. There was a kitchen area with a 1 ring hob and microwave oven, but no pans, plates or cutlery, so totally unusable. Very small window. The TV was in Thai. Went into settings, changed the language to English, changed the keyboard into English. Didn't make any difference, all in Thai so unusable. Fridge was empty. 2 small bottles of water and a kettle. One coffee sachet, nothing else.
