Positive: The location is OK, it is close to our conference venue and not far from the the places to visit

Negative: Smoking is forbidden in the hotel, however smoking smell was everywhere, even in the room, I saw a guest smoking in the hotel lobby and a cigarette butt was extinguished in a cup of water there. The receptionists cannot communicate in Eng by themself, they have to use the translation program It is very inconvenient that the paying online by visa card was not successful, we had to pay by cash during we brough not much cash.
