The home is on the northwest side of the Lake with 10 minute access to the Beaver Valley Ski Club. Besides the great skiing, enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating out your front door. There is nothing nicer than a winter gathering at the outdoor fire pit with Smores and hot cocoa.
Our home is a completely modern cottage, featuring a large great room with a full wall of glass overlooking the Lake, an expansive wrap around deck with a gas grill, 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths, each with tile showers and glass doors and a front load washer and dryer.
There are 3 televisions. The great room includes a surround sound system for watching your favorite movies. The cottage has high-speed internet and cable TV.
Sleeping accommodations include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and twin bunk beds.
The modern kitchen includes solid surface countertops, a dishwasher, and a stainless steel refrigerator and range. It is fully furnished with cutlery, dishes, small appliances and cooking utensils.
All mechanical equipment is new, including a propane furnace. Smoke and CO alarms are present throughout the home. Drinking water and ice is served through a reverse osmosis system.
There is a weatherproof shed for storing equipment. The shed also houses a chest freezer and provision storage.
