You will have exclusive use of the house, gardens, pool etc. The house is yours. I have a suite in the basement - completely self contained, with a separate entrance at the far side of the house. I travel frequently but there is always a chance that our dates in Burlington will coincide and I'll look forward to meeting you! After which, you won't see me.
