Welcome to our oceanfront Oasis. If you are looking for a serene place to relax, enjoy and unwind, you have found it. We are the top right unit, with spectacular views from almost every corner. Located right next to Rathtrevor Park, and a 1 - 2 min walk to the beach
The view: Oceanview Oasis in Parksville is adjacent to the 376 acre Rathtrevor Provincial Park which sits along Rathtrevor Beach. Whether you are preparing meals in our gourmet kitchen and eating on the patio or in the dining area, or cuddled up with a book on the window seat next to the fire, or waking up in the master bedroom, the view will make it even better.
The space: This is a 2 br 2 bath apartment of about 1100 sq ft. for your enjoyment. Hardwood floors for the entire living space and heated floors for the bathrooms and carpet for the stairs. As a top floor end unit, you will experience vaulted ceilings, and loads of large windows with natural light.
The deck: BBQ grill with patio table and 2 lounge chairs as you soak in the view from a quiet distance awaits you.
Gourmet kitchen: Beautifully updated kitchen, with stainless Steel appliances and everything you could possibly need from Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, panini griller, mini food processor, blender, rice cooker to Instant Pot (for IP lovers out there). Fridge, gas range, microwave and dishwasher for your convenience.
Linens and beds: You will surely have a refreshing sleep with our Serta iSeries mattresses for both rooms. King sized for the Master bedroom and queen for the 2nd room with varying degrees of softness for your pillows The Pottery Barn sofa bed also has a memory foam mattress for your enjoyment if needed. Extra pillows, comforter and blankets are available. Soft linens and towels are also provided for your use during your stay.
If you don't like the morning light to wake you up (some people love it and some don't), please bring sleeping eye masks with you. We have blinds in the entire place even for the very top ones.
Bathrooms: The ensuite is a 5 piece bathroom with a soaker tub and a glass door shower on the other side. High ceiling with skylight as well. The 2nd bathroom has glass door shower. Heated floors for your comfort for both bathrooms. White soft and fluffy bath towels as well as big beach towels are also provided. Dryer, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, tissue and toilet paper are available for you.
For families with toddlers: We have Graco play pen and a perch type of high chair you can attach to the island countertop for your convenience. Gated stairwell as well for security and peace of mind. Plastic plates, cups, spoons and forks are also available for your use during your stay.
Business: For those of you needing a work desk/laptop desk, we have one in the 2nd bedroom as well as an all in one printer, scanner, copier for your use. This is stored in the main closet clearly marked for you.
Laundry: Front load Samsung washer and dryer are available for your use as well as ann iron and ironing board.
The beach: Rathtrevor is about 2 km of beach walk and you'll see Rathtrevor Provincial Park on your left. Low tide happens quite often so your walk could be as long as you feel like it.
Toys and board games are available as well as 2 smart TVs! Wifi available.
Beach toys: Of course with 2 boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach wagon to accommodate your beach stuff as well as a cooler.
Wifi: Of course : ) ! Password is written inside the binder on the kitchen island for you.
Smart TVs available in the Master bedroom and living room.

Guest access
Parking: 1 parking right in front of the apartment. Guest parking available just across from the owners' parking stalls. We are the last unit on the far right. Lit up stairs and walkways.
Beach access: As the road starts to slope down from where the 2 storey building is, you will be walking past a few townhouses and the access would be on your far right. It usually takes a minute or two. No public access to this.
We request that you load the dishes, pots and pans and please make sure the dishwasher is running before you leave. This will really help the cleaners to stay on time for our next guests.
