Welcome to The C&C Suite. Where you will enjoy your own spacious backyard, with a BBQ and fire pit, wood included. The suite is located 2.3 km (3 min) from downtown Nelson; is just far enough out of town that you feel like you are in the country, surrounded by tall trees, breathing in fresh mountain air. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare full, family and friends, sized meals. A gas fireplace provides the open living space with a cozy ambiance for relaxing evenings.
The private suite is located on the ground floor of our home; the ceiling is sound insulated, we can't hear you, you can hear us walk around. It's located 9.3 km (7 min) from The Whitewater Ski hill access. The rooms have black out curtains to keep the sun out for sleep ins. Each room has its own thermostat for your heating convenience. During the warmer months the suite stays comfortably cool.
There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Spotify, a bluray player and wifi. At night the creek noise in the background creates an ambiance that soothes. All water is supplied by our Well. 100% clean filtered mountain ground water.
The space is maintained by a professional cleaner. Snow removal is done by a plowing company.
The C&C Suite is located just outside of the City limits of Nelson, BC. Across the street for us there are no homes. There is a tree covered slope. This makes our location even more private and really gives you the feeling you are in the mountains, not just looking at them.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Please do the dishes before leaving, we will do the rest.
No unsecured skis in the suite please. We provide a secure storage place for skis and poles outside.
