This listing is for rental of the Main Floor and 2nd floor Loft of the house only for up 2 Guests with 1 oversized Bedroom with 2 Queen beds and ensuite bath. 1 additional Guest may be considered upon request for an additional cost provided the guest complies with the min. guest age requirement.

You are sure to have a great nights sleep in the new Premium Queen beds with new mattresses, linens and pillows. The 2nd storey Loft is large, bright and with Tub/Shower combination in the ensuite. You will enjoy great entertainment with Prime Video on the flat screen TV in the Living/Dining area with Cathedral ceilings and beautiful gas fireplace for those cool nights after a day at the beach. The immaculate fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a wonderful meal or you might choose to barbecue on the gas grill on the patio.

This gorgeous property is surrounded by many owner occupied homes and mature trees and has a lot of privacy. Enjoy a cold drink relaxing on the lounge chairs in the gorgeous yard with fountains and beautiful landscaping, or simply enjoy lunch on the outdoor dining table.

This VRBO property is fully Licensed by the Town ensuring fire safety and compliance with Town Building Codes and By-laws. Please note that this by-law also covers the maximum number of allowed Guests. Guests that fail to comply with the maximum numbers are subject to a $1500 fine from the Town.

The property is a newer property and has been dressed with new spalted maple floors in the kitchen, living and dining room. Secondary TVs on the property are connected to either an antenna or dvd player with lots of movies provided.
Being a newer property in the beach, there are no mould or mildew issues and you will enjoy the full A/C during those scorching hot summer days and nights.

Crystal Beach is bustling with activity in the summer but this property is located just outside of the hustle and bustle to ensure a great nights sleep; perfect for mature adults or families with children 12 yrs. and order.

The Crystal Beach main entrance has undergone a 4 million dollar renovation and includes new change rooms, showers and washrooms. New restaurants have opened along the strip and more are under construction. Try San Vitos for authentic Italian, or Casa Hugo for amazing Mexican or enjoy a Latte at the Crystal Cafe. The Crystal Chandelier or the South Coast Eatery are always great options for great food and casual dining. Historical Ridgeway is only 2.5 km away with more restaurants including Lama and 335 Ridge Road, the Brimstone Micro Brewery and antique shops and Saturday Market. Niagara Falls is a 30 minute drive and the area is surrounded by beautiful wineries and golf courses for your personal pleasure. Downtown Buffalo is 25 minutes away and the Buffalo Ski Center is an hour drive.

All guests will be required to review the short term lease Agreement posted and provide ID at check-in. The price per night is inclusive of all utilities, free Prime Video, free parking for 1 vehicle. Please be advised that Crystal Beach is very popular from May until October so requests will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. There is No Smoking/Vaping or cleaning of vaping apparatus on the property. No marijuana allowed on the property due to the fresh air intake on the furnace. No pets of any kind allowed. Please be advised that the property owner will reside in the lower level Apartment with its own entrance from outside when this option is selected.
