Travel Purpose: business

Positive: A warm, safe, and well-located turnkey self-contained shelter with sufficient amenities to cook, rest comfortably, and come and go from while exploring Montreal. I had some hesitation upon receiving a notification that arriving after 6:00 PM would incur a $45 penalty for staff to facilitate check-in—a highly unusual and unjustified policy for a guest. However, despite our late flight from Paris on the evening of our arrival, voicing our disapproval directly to the welcoming owner amicably canceled any additional fees, resulting in a very simple check-in and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. This assured us of our intention to return next time we are in Montreal. A very well-located and well-maintained property.

Negative: Advisable to read the small print if arriving after 6:00 pm. Otherwise faultless
