It’s only 5mins driving distance to Burnaby Mountain and Simone Fraser University. It’s less 1 minute walk to public transportation. Bus 144 and 129 are steps away from Guest Suite. No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties. We don’t rent room for parties or gatherings of any nature!!! To help people get a better idea of location, the Guest Suite is near Hastings Street and Duthie Ave in Burnaby. This might be a perfect location for some people and might not work for some. We are in a residential area, there is no shop or restaurant in walking distance. The Guest Suite is close to shopping, restaurants, highway access, and main roads.
