- 23/9 Park and Taka plaza is just accross the street
- Bui Vien Street is 300 meters away
- The Bus Central station is other side of the street
• Local: There are almost 500 old buildings across Sai Gon which were built by American before 1975. Thousands people in many generations are still living and working day by day until now. If you would like to have the same experience, this place would be ideal for you. There are only 4 units in each floor and you are living among local residence. Despite of noise from the crowded street outside, our place is still very peaceful and quiet enough for your rest after a long day discovering the city. The building itself may look dingy at the first sight but have truly local taste.
• Homelike: Our place may not as luxury as many hotels outside but it is really convenient for your stay. The apartment is well-furnished with kitchenette, cookware, dining table, washing machine etc . You will feel comfortable either you stay in short-term or long-term.
Other things to note
- Climbing stair is surely good for your health. Just do a little bit exercise before you reach the place. Our place is in the 4th floor and NO LIFT in the building!
