Summary: We needed to make a last minute reservation and saw while reserving the room on Hotels.com that if we needed to cancel for any reason that we would be charged for the first night. The hotel and hotels.com wouldn’t uphold this policy and we needed to pay for whole stay. Very disappointed in both hotel and hotels.com the hole
