Downtown Bed&Brews is a carriage house above a garage. Not attached to a house, and has it’s own separate entrance.
You’ll have the entire carriage house to yourself. There is a separate entrance and parking from the alley so you’ll have total privacy during your stay.
Upon entry, you’ll find ample storage as well as a full sized washer & dryer located in the closets on the entry level floor. You’ll have to climb a set of stairs to get to the main living area but we promise it’s worth the steps!
Once at the top, you’ll find a bright & open space that consists of the living room, dining area & kitchen. The living room area is filled with a large sectional couch and 4K smart TV ready for you to sink into and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There’s even a Vitamix blender for your morning protein smoothies.
The bedroom holds a queen sized bed fitted with king pillows & a king duvet for maximum coziness. If you’ve overpacked, don’t worry there is a ton of closet space! If you need to accommodate more guests, there is also a queen mattress topper in the bedroom closet along with extra bedding that can easily transform the large couch into a second bed.
Attached to the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom which is fitted with a walk in shower & heated floors to keep your toes happy!
