Positive: A lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful old building. Comfortable, warm and clean. A gem! I had such a lovely stay. Helen, Fanny and manager Alice are so helpful and friendly. Alice speaks excellent English. Perfectly located for the beautiful old city of Pingyao.

Negative: Nothing, it was perfect.
