Only about a 7-minute drive to Vancouver airport, and just half an hour from downtown Vancouver. Richmond center, UBC, Queen Elizabeth Park, and VanDusen Botanical Garden also within the short distance. When you’re ready to explore the city this unit puts you in the centre of the action, just steps away from an array of restaurants, cafes, boutiques, wellness centres, parks, and cultural attractions.
This is quiet living at its finest with luxurious finishing. Spacious, modern home with a 2-level design, very cozy place and nicely decorated. We are offering 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom, 1 living room with 1 washroom. Totally sleeping space for 6 guests. Fully equipped with a kitchen and dining table. It also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi.
All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided. The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You will always check-in to a clean unit and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. No PARTIES!!! All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list.
No SMOKING !!! No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property.
No DRUGS !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
• One set of towels for each guest;
• Self check-in with lock box
• No shoes inside the accommodation;
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;
• Please pay attention to garbage recycling
• Pets are not allowed;
• If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
• There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is CAD $500
