Positive: I came to Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan with my friends and chose this newly-opened inn (the landmark store of Wulingyuan). The experience was simply amazing! First of all, I have to praise the inn's owner and the online butler service. The 24-hour personalized follow-up was so reliable! Before our departure, they proactively contacted us, customized a free travel route for us, and even booked the scenic area tickets for us, saving us a lot of time on planning. Any small problems we encountered during the trip were solved immediately. They really took all our needs into consideration. Moreover, they offer free laundry service. After a day of playing, we just handed our dirty clothes to the butler and got them back clean the next day. It was so convenient! The location was also very convenient, close to the east gate of Wulingyuan's landmark. There were all kinds of shops nearby, making it easy to buy anything we needed. It was a hassle-free experience for both traveling and shopping. The overall stay was extremely enjoyable. Our perfect vacation in Zhangjiajie was all thanks to the inn's owner and butler. I sincerely recommend this inn to friends visiting Zhangjiajie! I hope to have the chance to visit Zhangjiajie again. It's such a beautiful place, and I will definitely choose this inn without hesitation.
