We have 3 cottages spaciously located on 1.5 acres near the ocean. Each cottage features pine interiors, full kitchens, electric heat, fans, microwave, coffee maker, linens & towels, decks with gas barbeque, lawn chairs, and picnic tables. The Cedar cottage sleeps up to 5 with queen beds in both bedrooms and a davenport couch in the living room. The White cottage sleeps up to 5 with a queen bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other bedroom. The Rose cottage sleeps up to 5 with a queen bed in both bedrooms and a futon in the living room. This quality cottage features both a corner shower unit and a whirlpool bathtub. Rates Our rates are $956.52+HST =$1,100 for the first week and subsequent weeks are $877.19+HST= $1,000 per week for (1-4) persons. Inquire about off season weeks before June 28 and after Labour Day. A Home Away From Home The three cottages are modern spacious cottages on a large property very close to the beach. Prices are the same for each of our 3 cottages. With taxes included your total cost is $1200 for the first week and $1100 for each subsequent week rental. Taxes are included in these prices. We are located on the Gulf Shore Road in the National Park with the ocean beach less than a 5 minute walk. Within walking distance on a recreational trail is Covehead Harbour where there are deep sea fishing charters and a licensed restaurant on the wharf. Stanhope Golf Course, an 18 hole course, is a 5 minute drive with over a half dozen other courses within a 20 minute drive. Historic Green Gables House in Cavendish, made famous by L.M. Montgomery's books, is a 20 minute drive. A 20 minute drive brings you to the capital city of Charlottetown, its airport, shopping and dining, and the Confederation Centre of the Arts
