Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is great. It is one of the side streets off the 2nd rd, therefore you're in the middle of the action but still enjoy a relatively quiet environment. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Negative: I normally choose places to stay based on visitors' reviews and the price. No good hotel is cheap. Intimate Hotel isn't low in price but is outdated and desperately needs repairs and improvements even though it is only 10 years old. A small detail: there is no AC in the lobby, there are large fans that workers are running to turn on and off when a guest enters the lobby...

Summary: Not a terrible place to stay but will consider different options in the future.
