Positive: Clean, convenient. Possible to store luggage.

Negative: Personnel does not speak English, they are not even trying. NO LAUNDRY SERVICE AVAILABLE, despite this information in the hotel’s description on Booking. Unfortunately, I planned to do my laundry on this day and must have changed my plans to wash my clothes in the next accommodation. Noisy guests at night, smoking and shouting around 2 am next to my room - no option to react as nobody on reception knew English, so they could not answer the phone, if I had called. Not sure, if they offer breakfast, but no option to eat it in the nearby and the wall is close, but a gate to go to the centre or the closest subway station is far away.
