The property has 230 feet of Lake frontage with a sandy beach and gradual slope into the lake. There is also a big granite slab for shallow areas but slopes into deeper water for swimming and water sports.
The main cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 fullbathroom with great views of the lake and a newly renovated kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware.Two of thebedrooms havequeenbeds and the third bedroom has2 twins and bunk bed that converts to a full king or double with trundle….perfect for kids!
Theseparate stand alone boathouse has an open floor plan with a comfortable king bed, two twin beds and a three piece bathroom. The small kitchenette has running water, microwave,coffee maker and a smallfridge. The boathouse is great for anentire family and has a beautifulscreened in porch overlooking the long views of the lake.
The 80’ long dock is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and bask in full sun untillate afternoon. Cool off in the beautiful waters of lake Muskoka and have funon the water trampoline!
