Positive: Bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice. Very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Staff were not familiar with Booking.com payment platform. After I checked out with no problem, they called me over 20 times to say I had not paid. I sent them a copy of my confirmation email from Booking.com that said my credit card would be charged automatically after 6:00 pm on the day of check-in. When I returned home, I checked my credit card and see that it was not charged. This appears to be some sort of system problem. I am happy to pay for my room, but I think this is a problem that needs to be worked out by Booking.com and the hotel. Please contact me.

Summary: Vender needs a better understanding of Booking.com platform and how to trouble shoot short.
