Positive: This was my first time traveling to Montreal, and I absolutely loved it. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming—even with my very noticeable Southern accent, everyone was pleasant and genuinely helpful. I stayed at the Sheraton, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The Club Lounge on the top floor is well worth the extra cost. They serve a really good breakfast in the mornings and have exquisite hors d’oeuvres in the evenings. It’s also a quiet, relaxing space—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel itself was very clean, and I appreciated the convenience of having a gift shop in the basement. The location is unbeatable: it’s within walking distance of just about everything, only a block from the subway, and close to all kinds of shopping and attractions. The hotel staff was consistently friendly and professional, which really added to the overall experience. I felt safe the entire time, and for me, this was one of my best hotel stays. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton to anyone visiting Montreal and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Negative: The only downside was that the hot tub was broken, which was a bit of a bummer. Other than that, I really don’t have much to complain about. Overall, it was one of my best hotel experiences, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
