This home has 3 bedrooms, each beautifully appointed with their own full bath (plus a half bath off the main upstairs hall and one in the pool house). Living room, dining room downstairs bar and tv viewing area. There is a tv room off the main hall (could easily be made up into a sleeping area for children). Lots of room for the whole family, two families or a group stay!
During the summer enjoy the extra large pool and gorgeous views of Okanagan Lake. The outdoor kitchen makes entertaining easy and there's always croquet or bocce ball on the lower lawns after you've had enough swimming! If you time it right you might even have a chance to indulge in some cherries right off the tree. Kin Beach is a short walk down the hill, it includes a large playground and shade areas. We are located 10 Minutes from the city centre and there is a full service grocery store and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. A world class golf course up the hill (the Rise Resort) on the right, enjoy viewing acres of vineyards on the drive into town. It has it all!
The 'Scenic Sip' wine route is just down the road along the scenic lake shore - fabulous vineyard tours and world class restaurants. Vineyards and restaurants are open all year round and are a perfect way to enjoy a patio lunch while taking in the views.
