Note: During winter, we ensure the driveway and front porch are cleared before check in. During your stay, please check these areas and clean them if necessary. -No pet as well as no service dog is allowed because my daughter has allergy.
-No extra guest is allowed for any circumstances.
-Guests are expected to do their own dishes
-Do not conduct business in or on property premises
-No smoking or marijuana in or on property
-Noise after 10 pm is not advisable due to the quiet neighborhood.
-No party in any circumstances. -The home is perfect for Business Travelers, Individuals, couples, up to 8 persons including adults max with relaxation in mind. after 7th person extra fee needed. Our hope is that you chill and enjoy every part of your stay at the Guest suite as the name implies and we welcome you back for another visit. -NO parties or celebration.
-NO large gathering more than the 8 guests.(including family members, Visitors, etc...)
-NO SMOKING inside the building.(if you smoke outside the Airbnb Please put the cigarette butts into ash tray don't throw it into the Front yard.
-NO excessive loud music or noise. Quiet zone 9 pm to 8 am, If violate $ 100.00 will be charged per night.
-NO gathering or standing in front or Outside the property.
-NO trespassing to the other Properties.
-NO outside shoes in bedrooms. Use your own indoor Flip flops if needed.
-1 car parking space for the Airbnb. Please refer the parking map.
-All the visitors and delivery people have to park on curb side.
-Give directions to the delivery people to your entrance.
-NO wheel chair access or NO stairlift.
-Wash the dishes before check out.
-Put the garbage out to the bins.
-Don't leave any left over food in the fridge or at the Airbnb.
-Do not open any windows in the studio.
-Booking alterations can be done 7 days or more prior to your visit.
-Need to have a profile photo to identify the guest that who staying at my Airbnb. -Due to pandemic and same day instant booking our checking in and checking out times are fixed. ( Due to Airbnb new cleaning guidelines cleaners are taking more time than before.)
-Video surveillance monitoring and recording 24/7 at the outside parameter of the building for safety, security and avoid trespassing.
- No playing, running or shouting inside the house.
-No tapes on any surface at any circumstances.
-No glitters or small pieces of papers. -No fire arms in the property.
-No extra guest. I will charge cad 50 per person per night.
-If additional guests are brought beyond reservation guest total, booking will be cancelled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. -If last-minute guests are joining the original reservation, contact me immediately. Note: There is 5 steps to enter the house.
