Heads up: The building is near the port, so you might hear some noise from time to time. I’ve lived and worked from home here for over two years and it hasn’t bothered me — but if you`re super sensitive to sound, it’s something to keep in mind. You’ll have full access to the condo, including a secure underground parking spot. The area is highly walkable (Walk Score 92), and also great for biking, driving, car-sharing, or using public transit. If you need an extra spot, there`s usually plenty of free street parking available nearby.
For convenience, I’ve installed a keyless entry system. You’ll receive a unique code for self check-in and access throughout your stay. A regular key is also available if you prefer.
You’ll also be provided with a building fob, which grants access to:

- Secure underground parkade
- Two fitness rooms (located on the 8th floor)
- Garbage and recycling room

There are people experiencing homelessness in the downtown eastside, primarily near Main and Hastings St. For ultimate comfort, I`d recommend driving / Uber downtown OR if walking, take Keefer or Pender St.
