3 Bedroom House in Lakeshore, South Woodslee
Beautifully renovated modern house, with a rustic chic appeal. Located between Lake St Clair & Lake Erie, the property is located close to many breweries, and approx 15 mins away from the 20 plus wineries the area has to offer. Point Peelee National park is a 30 min drive along the shores of Lake Erie.
The house was custom built in 2019 with great attention to detail.
The space comes with an open concept design along with a rustic chic feel inside. There’s three bedrooms with one king in the master and two queen beds in the others. The house sleeps six comfortably. (All mattresses purchased May 2019)
The Kitchen and living room area combine an open concept feel, which makes it great for entertaining. You can relax after a long day at the local wineries and cozy up next to the five foot linear gas fireplace. Put on your favourite movie and relax in front of the 65 inch tv.
At night you can enjoy the newly built bonfire pit area and relax in the Muskoka chairs. Or simply enjoy the wood burning steam sauna and cool off in the outdoor (seasonal) shower.
If you want to stay warm you can also relax under the stars and walk out from the master bedroom patio door directly onto the back deck and hop into the brand new 3/4 person Master Spa hot tub. (Purchased Nov 2020)
