The space
Welcome to your modern mountain retreat at the brand-new Nordix Townhomes in Panorama. This thoughtfully designed multi-level unit offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and mountain-lodge charm — complete with a private hot tub, beautiful décor, and full access to resort amenities.
Entering through the main door, you’ll find yourself in the garage and gear storage area, which leads into a functional entry space with built-in cubbies and plenty of room for outerwear and boots. On this level, there’s also a bright queen bedroom with a large patio sliding door that brings in lots of natural light. The room includes a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Heading upstairs, the main living area welcomes you with warm, stylish furnishings including a rich leather couch, cozy armchairs, a smart TV, and a modern fireplace — perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. Just off the living room, step out onto a private balcony where you’ll find a hot tub waiting for you.
Also on this level is a convenient half bathroom and an open-concept kitchen that’s perfect for gathering. The spacious quartz island offers bar seating and is fully stocked with kitchenware, salt, pepper, oil, and a taster jar of locally roasted coffee beans.
