Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: - Clean, new rooms with everything you need; - Good location, 25 minutes' by walking to Tiananmen Square; - Very good service, including delivery and laundry services; - Delicious and varied breakfasts; - Friendly and helpful staff (except for the two girls at reception), they try to do best for helping guests; - Excellent hotel, I definitely recommend it.

Negative: - Very noisy maids; they shout loudly in the hallways, interfering guest's sleeping and working; - One girl at reception refused to help me with an important issue, but I think that's an exception; - The staff doesn't speak English at all; using a translator turns into a quest and takes a lot of time.
