Ocean Gypsy is a unique ocean beachfront property located on Cordova Bay Beach - also known as Victoria's Malibu. You have direct beach access from the Ocean Gypsy Penthouse and have pristine views of the beach, the bay, the San Yuan Strait, the San Yuan Islands and Mt Baker from inside and outside our Ocean Gypsy Penthouse.

Our Ocean Gypsy Penthouse has two bedrooms, but easily sleeps 6. There are 2 Queen beds, and UPON PRE-ARRANGED REQUEST, you can request double or single air mattresses to accommodate the 2nd two people.
More than 6 occupants are possible, but you must pay 20.00 a day for extra guests, and must be PRE-ARRANGED.
Pets may be possible, but MUST BE APPROVED and pre-arranged prior to arrival.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CLEANING FEE
Damage Deposit: Before and after pictures are taken of all rooms and all appliances are checked to help ensure that all our guests have a great experience. If you leave our delightful Ocean Gypsy Penthouse as you found it and follow the simple vacating instructions in our User's Handbook inside our Ocean Gypsy Penthouse, your damage deposit will be fully refunded.
Cleaning Fee: There is a non-refundable 150.00 cleaning added to charge.

Arrival: You will be sent entrance codes with specific directions prior to your arrival.
