Summary: I asked for a room with outdoor access as we have dog and was told they were sold out. I could see in the windows no one was using several of them if any. I asked if I could get one closer to an exit and was told no they were all suites and would cost extra, which online were cheaper than what I paid for the room. Front desk check in wasn’t smooth, I’ve never had a hotel make it unnecessarily more complicated than necessary considering all the information was inputed when I booked online. The dome experience once included dinner options and I was told it was this time. It was the same menu as the jingle bar which we had food at earlier. I was told the 50$ fee would go towards the purchase of food then told it was a booking fee. We had reservations for 6 and setting for 4. We waited 35mins to order drinks and another 20 to get them. After that the service got better but not the experience we thought it would be since there were only 2 tables outside and two servers. Having the same menu in domes and jingle bar we ordered the cookies twice. The first time she said there were three, then said she was mistaken there were two (we had three kids with us). Then when we ordered it again they brought three cookies but charged us the same about both times. I bring my family here because I had a good experience for new years and the service seems to be off ever since. Hopefully it gets better going forward and less confusion amongst staff.
