Otter Lane is a warm and relaxing 450 square foot sanctuary located only one hour from downtown Vancouver. It boasts a fully contained bachelor suite above a detached garage situated on ten beautiful acres in South Langley. The farm consists of a year round pond, horse, chickens, and dog, plus resident barn owls and great horned owl. Construction on the Owner designed and built Carriage House was completed in September of 2011 and offers on-site parking, full internet access and plenty of privacy. This suite is fully equipped and tastefully furnished for comfort.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from the Trans Canada Highway (HWY #1), 5 minutes from the Aldergrove border crossing to the USA, 45 minutes from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal, 15 minutes from Abbotsford Airport (YXX), 50 minutes from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) , 15 minutes from Thunderbird Horse Show Park and about a 25 minute drive along quiet country roads to the Historic Village of Fort Langley.
