This spacious, newly renovated, 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home is perfect for your large or extended family. In addition to an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining room, the upper floor features a master en-suite with full size bathroom, walk- in closet and Roku TV/DVD player. You'll find everything you need to make you feel at home in this well equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and glass tile backsplash. Enjoy your meals out on the composite upper deck or at the large indoor table. There's room for the whole family to hang out in the living room area and watch movies on the brand new 55" Smart TV, or to have a family game night (plenty on the bookshelf). With Jack and Jill style bedroom suites on the first floor, parents can enjoy the privacy, comfort and peace of mind that comes with having their own room connected to the kids room by a full sized bathroom. Each room comes equipped with it's own TV, and the queen over queen bunk room features a TV with a build in DVD player for those littles that can't fall asleep without watching their favorite movie. No need to worry about packing enough clothes either as the large washer and dryer are conveniently closeted on the first floor. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, complete with frolicking Dolphins (in season), while relaxing on either of the comfortably furnished upper or lower composite front decks, or watch majestic birds flying over the sound from the upper composite back decks.
Getting to and from the beach is a breeze as beautiful Topsail beach is less than 300 feet away! We provide beach chairs, sand and water toys, and an umbrella for your convenience. Also within a short distance is a children's playground. For those of you that like biking, and/or kayaking there is a rental nearby as well.
During your stay you can unplug from the world, or stay in touch with friends and family (or work if you really need to) via our free WiFi. If your idea of a perfect vacation includes listening to your favorite tunes, just connect up to our wireless Bluetooth speaker and enjoy.
