Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: 1. Strategic location next to big mall MixC, use house card to tap to level 6 by lift and walk 2mins to go to the mall 2. Responsive host and able to address issues in the house quickly 3. Very spacious room, separate shower and toilet, 2 double beds, washing machine in the room, good value for money 4. Easy Didi taxi pick up and drop off from level 1 and can wait inside the building (useful esp during winter)

Negative: 1. Kitchen lacks basic cooking needs and cookware very limited and not in good condition (you have to request for pot, utensils, knife and scissors separately). So only can prepare simple meal like boiling eggs or instant noodles. But then again, the MixC mall has plenty of food choices to choose. 2. No privacy as cleaner will come daily to knock your door while sleeping from noon onwards just to take your rubbish and replenish tissues, drinking water bottles etc although already informed host not to ask cleaner come to clean daily as we need some rest after long trip. 3. Somehow the heater still can't make you feel warm enough inside the room (perhaps the weather is too cold as some nights can minus 3 degree). 4. Water heater sometimes suddenly turn cold if the person who shower before you is using too much hot water and Host already warned this. Perhaps need to watch out don't do laundry first if you plan to shower.
