Positive: The resort itself has a lot going for it. The venue is very spacious, modern, and visually appealing, with plenty of room to relax. Our room and common areas were clean and well maintained. We also liked the kids playroom that was spotless clean and spacious.

Negative: However, for a 5-star resort, several aspects fell short of expectations. • Service consistency was an issue. Staff were polite and friendly, but often seemed inexperienced. We frequently had to remind them to bring basic things like utensils or drinks, which breaks the sense of seamless service you would expect at this level. • Hot water pressure was a real problem. The flow was extremely weak and made showering uncomfortable. We reported this to the manager, who said technical staff would check it. Later we were told it was “fine” and supposedly around 40–42°C, which was never the case in practice. The manager even came to check personally but never followed up. The biggest issue here was not just the technical problem, but poor communication and lack of closure. • Unfortunately, during the stay I also suffered a severe acute diarrhea episode. I did not eat outside the hotel at all, yet still had to go to Nha Trang hospital in the middle of the night. While it’s impossible to state the exact cause with certainty, it was a very unpleasant and stressful experience during what was meant to be a relaxing stay.
