POOL ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left and follow nearly to the end, taking the crosswalk over South Dunes Drive once the pool is in view. Located adjacent to the tennis/pickleball courts, the Heron Marsh community pool has furniture, restrooms, and limited parking. (No pool heating. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)
BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 5-minute walk. Leaving Villa 99, follow Lake View Circle to Heron Marsh Drive, turn left, look for the “Beach Access” arrow, and follow the path as it crosses South Dunes Drive and runs between the Hamilton and Shipyard Village (bldg A) condos to the beach. Alternately, guests can walk a little farther beyond the Heron Marsh pool for access at the resort’s oceanfront common use sundecks. Amenities in this area include deck seating, rinsing showers, and restrooms as well as beach access parking.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
