Summary: Staff at reception gave us a room which was not cleaned (2 night stay in August'19). After speaking to the duty manager this issue was resolved appropriately. Furthermore the location is located a bit off central sightseeing however the property is clean and luxurious. Situated near the metro, just a few minutes walking. Despite the big error made, I still recommend this property.
