Summary: The host was good, we had problems with sound on the tv but someone came promptly to fix that. It was cold and so we really had to turn up the heat and it still seemed cold. it was hard to get hot water, I swept the floor when I got there and before I left. I cleaned the top of the soap dispenser in the bathroom as it was very yucky, It just said it is professionally cleaned but did not seem that clean, so they may want to check on their professional cleaner.
