January to April you will hear the barking of sea lions on the Winchelsea islands. Spring, Summer and Fall, watch the cruise ships and sailboats. The neighbourhood has mostly mature families. Traffic is minimal so you will see people walking all over. The area is very safe as we are a Block Watch neighbourhood. Many people have dogs that they walk and everyone is friendly. The beach is minutes away and lots of people swim on a daily bases. We see lots of people boarding, kyaking, kite surfing and lots of pleasure and sailboats.
