Welcome to my home which is on the North Shore Mountains. You are walking distance from the trails that leads to popular spots such as the Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, Twin Falls Bridge, and the 30 ft pool. This is a hiker and mountain bikers' paradise.
We offer a 2 bedroom basement suite with your own private entrance. The suite is very clean and comfortable and has been newly updated. Enjoy your vacation from the comfort of my home. All linens and towels are supplied by a luxury hotel supplier.

My unit can accommodate up to 5 guests which includes 1 set of towels for each guest's stay.
We provide a small kitchen that is fully stocked with basic appliances and cutlery for whatever your cooking and eating needs. Washing and dryer are included with detergent.
There is free parking in my driveway in a designated area. Street parking is not advised.
The Space:
My 2 bedroom basement suite is equipped with a double size bed in each room. There is a very large living room where you can request an additional single mattress if your reservation is greater than 4 guests. Each guest will have a set of towels during their stay and the beds will be lined with hotel quality linens to ensure a comfortable night.
You will have access of my entire basement suite.
There is a large Living room with a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. We provide fast internet so that you can work comfortably and remotely. A small dinning table is provided and a single burner electric stove and toaster oven for your basic cooking needs.
The entire space has been recently freshly painted. We hired a third party cleaning company to ensure each room is properly sanitized to follow new COVID 19 cleaning policies.
For safety reason fire place is not able to use.
Guest Access:
You will not share the suite with any other guest.
Access code Instructions:
Once your booking is confirmed, I will send you self-check-in instructions via the Booking channel inbox & your registered email.
Interaction with Guests:
I will be available if there is anything you need. Just message me via text, or the messaging system on the web portal you booked from.
The Neighborhood:
It is a quiet neighborhood with working professional families and kids around. Please respect the tranquil nature of the neighborhood. Please drive slowly and respect the residents' privacy.
The area is world renown for its hiking and biking trails. Your minutes away from Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, 30 foot pool. 10 minute bike ride to the mouth of Mount Fromme. Your under 30 minutes away from the local ski resorts Grouse Mountain, Mount Seymour and Cypress Mountain. If you love the wilderness, this is the neighborhood to stay at.
Getting Around:
The bus (#227) stop is just outside of the door. It will get you to Lynn Valley Center shopping mall(or 3 minutes driving or 15 minutes walking distance) for groceries. The bus connects to Lonsdale Quay and Phibbs Exchange where you can transfer to downtown and other cities.
Other Things to Note:
You can park on the left side of the main entrance (which will be indicated in my instruction)
If your stay is over 14 days, sometimes upper residents will have to share laundry with you.
For safety reasons, the fireplace is not available for use.
