This beautiful cottage is lakefront, you don't have to walk to the lake. Watch stunning sunsets from the massive deck while enjoying a table-top fire or a real bonfire. Swim right from the property. Our cottage has been fully updated and embraces a comfortable cottage vibe with cool modern cottage chic.
The space
The open concept bright layout includes 20 ft ceilings, 2 loft bedrooms, 2 main floor bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with huge island and 2 living areas. The lake can be viewed from every vantage point in the great room, dining room and family room. This fully winterized home with heating systems and double sided fireplace is beautiful in all seasons

Guests have access to the entire house and property.
Other things to note
There are kayaks, a paddle boat and some games available for guests. Guests are responsible for caring for these items and ensuring that are not left on the lake if it's windy or wavy to ensure they don't get damaged or float away. The lake can change very quickly . It is recommended that guests bring air mattresses or other floatation devices. Sometimes the waters edge can gather algae. On those days it's nice to be able to flat past it, and jump in where it's nice and clear. There is a firepit, and propane fireplace available for guests to use. Please use firewood responsibly , and if you think you will have numerous fires and significantly deplete the supply please pick up a few bags at the local grocery store.
Bring your own drinking water. We do have potable water on tap through the cistern, but we do not test the water.
