Positive: The unit was fabulous. Everything you could need for a relaxing stay, plus kitchen was a bonus to have. Beautifully furnished. So close to Blackcomb gondola, buses and a nice quiet area.Owners responded to my messages when reception would not help. Was able to check in early and when we checked out we were able to leave our bags at reception. Our hosts have created a beautiful haven for those wanting a cosy feel.

Negative: Front desk didn't want to help me with how to operate heating because it was privately owned. No pool, sauna, hot tubs which was very disappointing and didn't know until we got there. Check out at 10 is hard.
