I've been a superhost for over 5 years, starting my first space in my awesome lower level apartment in my home. Connie and I love meeting new people, sharing stories, travel tips, favorite places, movies, books etc. We own and manage all of our own listings, no worries about getting a different person every time you message. We try to welcome our guests in person, so hopefully we will meet you and provide a quick house tour and be able to chat about your travels and ours. Feel free to say hi, or join us on one of our experiences (snow shoeing, kayaking on the Thames River). Our neighbourhood has a great mix of density and small neighbourhood commercial spaces to make things perfect. Our multifamily home is nestled between single family homes on a great street. City bus access (4 routes) just a few steps away. We also have parks, dog parks, walking trails, thames river and athletic fields all very close by. Shopping at Masonville is a short drive or Uber ride away. There are 8 grocery stores in our neighborhood including 2 ethnic specific stores. 3 gyms with 24 hours access all in our neighborhood. The University of Western Ontario, Fanshawe College and downtown London shops and restaurants are all 10 minutes away or less. Local mass transit just steps from the door (4 Routes across Street). London has Uber services. And our local taxi fleet is great. Short 7 minute drive to both UWO and Fanshawe College. Downtown 10 minutes. And right at the end of Veterans Memorial Parway for easy no hassel access from Highway 401. Dog park, Thames river trail access all minutes away.
