Summary: While the room was nice, and the price was competitive, I'd much rather have stayed in a hotel. Companies shouldn't be allowed to own condo buildings and rent them out as short term rentals. I would not live in a building where half the units were AirBnB-type rentals. This is gross and should be illegal. There aren't any staff on site besides the single security guard at the front door. There should be staff on duty 24/7. There should be traditional staff on site to deal with, whether or not there are any issues. Also, parking should be included in the cost of the room. There should not be an additional cost, nor should they be allowed to tell you "you might get a parking spot." This wouldn't be a thing in a hotel.
