Positive: I like the location the most. Very convenient to go to district 1: ben thanh market, …; district 4 and 5. The interior room design is very nice which I dont feel the narrow atmosphere. My kids are really like the convenient stores around the buildings. If you would want to explore local food, Nguyen Duy Trinh st. and Nguyen Thi Dinh St. are good place to go. There are Jelwery Shop in Nguyen Duy Trinh to exchange money which better price than the banks. Also the property is located next to Sala, and Sala has couple good restaurants which are chill music for dating.

Negative: The AC machines often dropped water down in living room and balcony. This is most common issue with AC in Vietnam. After letting the host know this issue, it was fixed.

Summary: Wonderful. Can’t wait to get back to Vietnam.
