Summary: it was bad we booked a kingsize room prepaid then did the pre register and all that said king size. when we checked in they idnt say anything about a change. when we got to the room it was a queen size. we called down and they said to bad thats all there us all yheir king size rooms are taken so we are not happy and will never go back. all they offered was a20.00 voucher and said se had to deal with who we booked through
