Cleaning: We prioritize a premium experience for our guests. Every stay is preceded by a professional deep-clean and sanitization. To keep your stay stress-free, we do not require any checkout chores.
Maintenance: To keep the property in top shape, routine lawn care and weekly pool maintenance (for upper unit) occur during the summer. We provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any necessary indoor maintenance or inspections.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or near windows/doors. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, marijuana, and incense. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and a minimum $500 remediation fee. If you must smoke, please do so outdoors at a distance from the house, ensuring all windows and doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the home. Please use the designated disposal bins/ashtrays located in the outdoor area; do not discard butts in the yard or garden beds. Help us keep the property clean and safe for all guests.
PROPERTY CARE: All linens, towels, bedding, pillows, mattress protectors, and household items must remain in the home at all time. Removing, discarding, or taking any items off-site (including to laundromats) is strictly prohibited. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest, and removal may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
OCCUPANCY: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Day visitors are permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. All visitors must be respectful and may not exceed a reasonable number. Overnight guests require prior written approval so that their information can be included on the reservation. Guest number may not exceed the number of designated sleeping areas in the home. Sleeping on sofas, air mattresses, floors, or using additional bedding is not permitted. Children, infants, and "just for the night" stays all count as overnight guests. Unauthorized overnight guests and/or failure to add guests to the reservation may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
PETS: We welcome one (1) pet during your stay. A one-time pet fee applies per stay to cover specialized deep-cleaning and will be collected automatically upon reservation. All pets must be disclosed and approved before booking or arrival. Approved dogs must be house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and not left unattended for long periods. We provide pet specific throws for guests whose dogs prefer to lounge on furniture.
