Positive: Excellent service. The staff was very helpful with returning key from my previous hotel that was 4.5 hr.away. The property is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location. Breakfast offering is fantastic. And also we were upgraded to a bigger room with much nicer view.

Negative: I don’t particularly like the lighting arrangement in the room. It’s a bit tricky to figure out where the switches are, and for which spots. The toilet stall is very dark and it’s quite impossible to go at night without waking the other person. Also it would be much more practical if the toilet is a Japanese type, or at least a install a sink in the stall.
