Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel is new and 2-bedroom suite was spacious and awesome. It totally exceeded our expectations. The heated toilet seats in winter was definitely a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. They offered to collect my Taobao packages from their locker area that wasn't in the main building.

Negative: The buffet breakfast on a Saturday and public holiday was too crowded. We had to wait for a table for 5. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the crowd. The location is far from the city but close to the Pudong International Airport, so it's better to plan your stay there before leaving Shanghai.
